One of my first jobs once I was out from in-house work at The Cimarron Group, was to do some apple concepts for the poster for the new Battlestar Galactica Spin-Off CAPRICA.
The theme was simple in that it referenced the story of Adam and Eve from the Bible and had the main character holding an apple, but not just an ordinary one. I did a few subtle treatments to match the photo-shoot with some "Nano" technology showing some possible structure behind the apple image as a second read.
